September 20 is California Inner Coastal Cleanup Day for 2014
Chapter will be partnering with OC Public Works to go into the Santa Ana River channel and clean up debris. Please join us at the footbridge on the Santa Ana River just south of Adams Ave in Huntington Beach. Park at Le Bard Park and walk up the hill to where the bike trail is. We will provide gloves and bags for the cleanup as well as water and snacks. Sidecar Doughnuts is offering vouchers for doughnuts for all participants. Please wear closed toed shoes and be prepared to walk for at least 2 hours as well as bend over to pick up trash. Anyone in sandals will have to stay on the bike trail to pick up trash.
